CURRENCIES ACCEPTED. MAIL-IN PAYMENTS. I accept checks or money orders drawn on U.S. currency from U.S. banks or institutions only. Please use the shopping cart to view the total purchase with shipping and handling fees. SHIPPING - Books & CDs. Items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment, sometimes sooner, rarely later. Shipping within the U.S. is First Class or Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service, or UPS Ground, depending on the quantity ordered. Shipping outside of the U.S. is Priority Mail International or Priority Mail International Flat Rate via the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges include handling fees that are based on the quantity shipped and range from a minimum of $1 to a maximum of $5.

SHIPPING - Contracts, Forms, & Other Word Documents. Items are shipped via E-mail only, usually daily, and usually immediately upon receipt of payment. But please allow 24 to 48 hours, especially on weekends and holidays. If you have not received your contract within 3 working days, please contact me and your order will be reshipped.

WHOLESALE ORDERS. I accept purchase orders from retail bookstores and college bookstores. Minimum order is 10 books, any combination of titles. Discount is 40%; no additional quantity discounts apply. I do not fill out vendor forms but will supply a W-9. I do not invoice. All orders must be paid in advance of shipping. I do not use ISBN numbers or bar codes.

REFUNDS and RETURNS. I do not accept returns unless an item is received damaged, in which case a replacement will be shipped. All sales are final and I do not issue refunds. If you have any questions about an item, please ask me before you buy.
